I got the news the other day that my aunt has gotten into some serious trouble. My mom told me that she is going to have court this monday for a drive by shooting. From what I have heard she was in the car with a known gang banger. A man that she had a restraining order on pulled up next to her on a bike and the driver decided to open fire on him. I dont believe he was hit but, afterwards the driver told my aunt that he had priors. He handed her the gun and she fired into a haystack. Now her prints are on the gun and shes looking at 3-5 even though she hasn't done shit besides be scared and make some dumb quick decisions. Any legal advice would be great. Hopefully in a month or so me and her will both be laying back on a blunt.....thanks for any help.
