Yea for a minute I was until I saw the damage and I mix a table spoon of neem in the water

Yes...you can fry them leaving them wet under the lights...thats what I think caused the problem,IMO...strength can be an issue as well...recommended mix...5 ml (1 tsp) neem oil (use pure, cold pressed oil)
1-2 ml (1/3 tsp) insecticidal soap or other detergent
1 liter (1 quart) warm water...dish soap is fine, but not anti-bacterial...cheerz...h00k...
