May sound stupid...but which way do the germ seeds go
sprout down or up...anyone got any pics

the little white root thingy goes downwards into the dirt

that white thing is called a Tap Root so you want the roots to go and grow downwards.

they say if u put it up. it will increase the strength of ur plant. + vitality

It Does Not Make That Much Of A Difference, The Root Will Always Go Down No Matter What...when I Plant Once The Seeds Have Germinated I Just Poke A 1/2 Inch Hole In The Soil And Drop It In There And Cover The Hole With Loose Soil (never Pack It Or It Will Be Hard For The Stem To Poke Out)
