How do I program this hydrofarm timer?

I bought a dual outlet digital 7 day timer that can be programmed up to 8 events per day in as low as 1 minute on and 1 off. However, the directions included (ones found online are exactly the same) do not clearly describe the functions or programming it. Does anyone have this model that can offer assistance for programming it? For now I just need to get 18 hrs on, 6 off, but in about 2 months I will need to get those 8 timing events per day from it and would like to know how to program both.

Goggle "High yield lighting". They have a manual on their site (May not be exact, but close enough).
