How low in Temp can I have m Rez and transition?

Rookie ? , So how low can I have my rez in temp, I have read that 67-72 is optimal and also if you temp is lower than you can have higher temps in grow room. Also I was wondering about the transiton period when you do half and half nutes, do you switch the light during this time or after during boom? Thanks alot for you that help me out..

Not sure how low your res can go without harming the girls but swtich the light right when you add the transition nutes. So the transition period is 12/12 good luck
