How to wire duct fan?

8 inch inline duct fan setup im totally lost on the fan there is a white wire a green wire and a black wire but on my 3 prong plug i bought there is only a green wire and two uncolored wires

The feed or power(black) should be on the small prong the netrual(white)should be on the larger prong the ground(green) on the round
