Anyone know the difference in yields you get from a 3 gallon bucket vs. a 5 gallon bucket growing autoflowers in hydroponics?

Not with autos, they have their own mind

I just started using 3gal after my starter tub
All but one I ended up moving to 5gal buckets since they drank so much

Now an auto may not be as much of an issue since they dont go so long

Hey, Chris. I've got a bad knee. It's even more painful when I'm carrying a 5-gallon bucket of water. I'm just trying to cut down on the number of times I have to do that while still getting a yield that will justify the time I'm putting in!

I'd try the auto in the 3gal

Bet it will do great

You should get a battery power drill transfer pump and enough hose to move water. That's how I would do it.

Ideally recirc. Or ebb and flow with a reservoir would be best. Just one big bucket and a transfer pump. As far as gallon size I don't think it would lose much yield with autos. Maybe lose an oz to oz and a half with regulars
