I have to take a drug test in 3 days and need advise! I would consider myself a moderate smoker and have been for years. (I took 2 hits last night) Even though I live a fairly active lifestyle, Im 5'4 and weigh around 160lbs. This past week Ive been exercising a lot and eating a very low fat diet. What kinds of detox kits have proven effectivness? I'm very nervous and never had to take a drug test before! Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated!
