Ive had a horrible experience with that company. Mike is absent minded and forgot me. The first ballast I bought from there (econo) blew on me within 5 seconds of turning it on, then he said he would send me a replacement. 27 days later after constant phonecalls and emails, I got it. So in the end I had a working light system in about 34 days later after he recieved payment.
I didnt want to wait on this dude, so I got a Sunleaves MH/HPS switchable ballast from local growshop. My insidesun ballast makes a nice door stop though...but hopefully i'll be able to run both of them next time.
This is just my experience though, others have had no problems at all with Insidesun. This is just info I would of loved to known before I made my order from there.
