Irregular light schedule

i switched my plant in 12/12 two days from naw, but the problem is that im growing without timer, i forget to turn on the light for 4 hours, is this any problem that i let my plant 4 many hours in dark .

If your on 12/12 the extra dark will not hurt as much as extra light

light leaks may cause hermi's but extra dark shouldn't hurt it. but i would buy a timer.

Now I have seen hermie ism happen from irregular light schedules. If it happens enough over a period of time yes the will hermie. I would say invest the $5 bucks for a timer its well worth it.
