Is this light good for growing 3 plants in a PC Box - Help

I have a 200W Sylvania 120v clear light bulb. It gets pretty hot as it is lit for a long time. I had the box in my closet with the light on all night and when I went to go open the closet it felt warm in their? Can I use this light or will it kill my seedlings?

That is a good light for flowering since it is a 2700K bulb. For vegging you'll do better with a higher K bulb, 5000-6500K for example. You should aim for 50 watts/sq. ft. of growing space as a minimum for a good grow. 50 real watts not equivalent watts.
