Lamp cord

I bought this 600 w HPS ED Ballast on ebay. I havnt got it yet but I noticed the inputs fir the lam,p cord look different than a standard cord. Has anyone seen this before, It was made in poiand is there an adaptor, it also says to only use a ED style bulb. Anyone? I have looked on google and cant find a straight answer. please anyone?

I think ED=Edison style bulb which is a old name for the screw in bulbs he patented that idea. the plug is going to be manufacturer item. it looks like you could use push on connectors could work but you would need to know what wire goes where
