leaves curling inwards, splotches of brown in two plants

My first and third plants are curling in.\
I have given them some Big Bud yesterday.
pH is 7 on both.
Soil is mixed and lighting is cfl's. One is 100watt and the other a Ott plant light @ 24watts

Second plant is in same medium, same pH, 100watt cfl and is doing very well.

Is this nutrients?
Phosphorous deficiency?
Nitrogen Deficiency?
Over watering?

I cant seem to get these pictures to work.
The leaves are drying around the edges and tips. Both on new growth and some older fan leaves.
I am thinking of getting Fox Farm triple nute treatments and getting on track.
Up to now, I have been using Schultz's 10-15-10 and some Big Bud worm castings.
If I am reading Cervantes book correctly it look as if it may be a Phosphorous def or sulfur def.

Like I have said , my third ( second planted) is doing very well. Also, these are from seeds with no known origin except from the bag.

Any advice is helpful and will con't to try and get pics up.
