Or an Hps light. High pressure sodium. Not mh. Metal halide. Although some do leave there metal halide on for first week or two of 12/12 then switch to hps to cut down on some stretch.

What are you currently using?...if CFL's...yes, mostly in the 2500/3000 range...but a few in the 5000/6500 range could be left as well...also intensity matters as well...more watts the better as long as it matches your grow space...cheerz...h00k...
I do a mix of led and hps. 2-525w leds, and 2 600w hps that are vented. Your space size helps determine your lighting needs
