Dear VoteHempsters,

I am sorry to bring this news to you all but I must tender my
resignation as the president and national coordinator of VoteHemp.

When the board of directors cannot resist micro management of the
executive body it is time to get out of the way of their destructive
behavior.

It is also important for those who have supported VoteHemp to know that
a board member, David Bronner of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps has used cash
money to buy favor with other board members to place David Frankel and
himself in charge of the present legal effort that I have organized over
the last several months, effectively side lining me as national
coordinator.

I believe that David Frankel and David Bronner owe the entire Cannabis
Community an apology for such embarrassing behavior and not being able
to stop power from going to their heads.

As there is the sensitive issue of dealing with the person that leaked
the existence of the DEA regs to me, I will steer this person to a more
reputable group.

I am bringing this behavior to the attention of my contacts in
Washington and the politicians who have supported VoteHemp. As I am
still on the board of directors of VoteHemp and I am still an
incorporator of VoteHemp Inc. I am calling for the entire board to
resign and VoteHemp Inc. to be dissolved immediately.

As an incorporator, technically Sandler and Reiff represent me until
VoteHemp Inc. is dissolved at which point any of you can retain them if
you are going to continue with the DEA reg. matter.

I want to thank all those who did not let power go to their heads and
for all your support throughout the VoteHemp adventure. I will continue
to educate citizens, politicians and government officials on the
benefits of industrial hemp agriculture and look forward to working with
you in the future.
