Looking for a doctor around the

Hey everybody... so here's what I'm trying to figure out. I've been smoking marijuana for my back pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night and persists through the morning. I ran out about a month ago and poping pills is not what I want to continue doing. Since I don't know anybody in the bay area, around the Mountain View area, that sales, I usually wait till I go back to Southern Cali when I visit my parents to pick up more. As you can imagine this can get tedious. After learning more about Medical Marijuana, it never occurred to me that it might be possible for me to get a prescription. However I never mentioned it to my doctor, I plan to mention it to her tomorrow so she could give me some stronger medicine, so I don't have much documentation. I understand I need my medical records which I will request tomorrow and I'm thinking of going to see Dr. Rita Thakur at Therapeutic Hemp Care, as she is the closest to me. Knowing how much documentation I'm lacking I will need have more visits with my doctor to establish a pattern but does anybody know if I will have a difficult time? PMs are welcomed.

Thanks in advance

You have a legitimate malady that Cannabis helps with, so there's no reason a doctor won't write you a "recommendation"

Some general practicioners may still be too intimidated by the DEA and FDA or just plain unbelievers. There's plenty of specialists that will review your situation and help you once they find you qualified.

A recommendation in any part of Cali is good for all of Cali

If you get to LA try our sponsor Pacific Support Services - Call: 877-468-5874 - Medicinal Marijuana Recommendations They'll give you a discount if you mention our name.

Best wishes

Hi Thanks for the response. One other question, I've been a diabetic for almost 10 years now, could I just go in and see a medical Marijuana Doctor with my doctors prescription or do I need to bring in all my medical records?

I'm not sure of the specific documentation that's required. I'd be surprised if it didn't vary a little from doctor to doctor, but you're going to need to substantiate your malady.

If Cannabis use helps you with your medical issue, be sure to mention this.

I'd recommend you call them before you turn up; just to make sure you've gathered everything they're going to want to see.
