Marijuana activist Marc Emery says he plans to establish a chapter of the Marijuana party in Saskatchewan.
Emery made the pledge as he was released from a Saskatoon jail yesterday.
The 45-year-old president of the B-C Marijuana Party was sentenced in August to three months in jail after pleading guilty to passing a joint at a pot rally in Saskatoon last March.
