A medical marijuana dispensary has opened its doors in the far West Valley.
Valley of the Sun Medical Dispensary will have a grand opening from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at 16200 W. Eddie Albert Way in Goodyear.
The dispensary has 2,500 square feet, two point of sale rooms, a 600-square-foot patient educational center and waiting room.
The dispensary currently has 19 different types of medication to treat a wide variety of symptoms, from insomnia to cancer, pain and others, according to a news release from the dispensary.
Valley Of The Sun Medical Dispensary is a state-licensed medical marijuana dispensary, according to the release.
