UPPER LAKE, Calif. Drug agents say they have seized millions of dollars worth of marijuana in a raid of a pot farm in rural Lake County.

Drug Enforcement agents seized about 20-thousand pot plants in raid yesterday of a farm in the community of Upper Lake. A D-E-A spokesman says the marijuana would have been worth more than 80 (m) million dollars when it matured in the fall.

Thirteen people were arrested in the raid, including the owner of the farm -- Charles "Eddy" Lepp -- a well-known medical marijuana activist.

Lepp made no attempt to hide the plants. Some of the plants grew as high as eight feet tall and could easily be seen from a nearby highway.
