Half the prisoners, 10,000 less homicides, safe drugs, cheap drugs, addiction treatment, lower overall death rate, less people taking hard drugs, elimination of the black market, harm reduction on a massive scale, lesser infant mortality.
Any idea that prohibition stopped people from drinking "was absurd".
