First of all, please bare with me, I'm a newbie.
What is the best system for limited space to grow a small number of plants, but of the best quallity I can get? The reason being is, I want it for personal use, but I'm a bit paronoid about the consequences, if discovered. I'm not worried about my kids. I have many big closets. I'm worried about the weight and what gram level is considered as distribution. I don't want to loose my house and have my name in the paper. Never mind that my wife would take the kids with her on the way out. I would just buy it from somone if I had someone and I don not want to go out of the street for it. I've worked too hard for what I have to put myself in a position for misguided law enforcement to take it away.
Is one or two plants weight potentially fall under felony charges?

P.S. I found seeds that are at least 12+ years old. Are they dead?
