Mini Split

I know there is tons of threads on this and yes I have read them. I am building a room that is like a 9x7 that I am going to run 2 uncooled 600 watt hps lights and I want to do a sealed room. Would a mini split be way more cost efficient than a portable ac? I have the problem that I would prefer not to have to hire someone professionally. Has anyone heard of the ideal air with the quick connects and precharged and vacuumed lines?

Or my other question is if I air cool the two 600 watt lights and run CO2 will I need much cooling power?

yes you would still need something to reduce the heat also depends on avg temps of your local if you live in Alaska prob not but Texas then hell yes.
