mixing (help!)

hello all.. i hope somebody can give a ideal on mixing new dirt for my new grow.. i have a 40pound bag of top soil peatmoss, vermicalite, and some perlite.. i just need to know how much of each.. thank you...

Mix the soil and the perlite and vermiculite at a 4 to 1 ratio The soil shoud be close to 10:10;10 NPK ratio. This is for strains that require normal amounts of nutrients.
I am not a big fan of peatmoss cause of the water break down properties and have to replenish before harvest.
