Moving 4 week old clones in with 4 week old seed plants

Is this a bad idea? The clone source is a long time friend. His clones and plants are very healthy. So if I took procations and possibly sprayed the plants before moving them in?

2 different strains. Bubba Chunk sead plants and Dr. Pepper clone plants.

If they are healthy and bug free i don't see a problem with moving them in the same room, I do it all the time and as long as you check out your clones i am sure you will be fine.
