My First Ever Grow! Indoor, UK

These are 10 days into flowering, Blue gelato 41, gorilla zkittles, and triple cheese. One of the plants we don't know the strain but its either peyote cookies or red diesel, anyway I was directed here by another member so here I am. Any feedback, advice, or general chat welcome and hope to learn more as I look around here at others grows/posts! Already learned quite a bit there so enjoying the forums!

So today it's been really cold in the UK, had my central heating on high (as kids stayed overnight) Looked in the tent after a few hours and it was 37c with rh 32%! First time it's ever been that high. I realise this is because of the tempreture of the room outside of the tent so I open windows etc to let some cool air in and turn plants around and the temps went back down to around 30c 40% rh and close the tent ready for there dark cycle. The plants seemed fine, I have good intake and outtake and a fan blowing over the canopys.. outake with carbon filter (running 24/7) to keep humidity down during dark cycles.. I realise that these plants grow in the wild and can handle great heat but just how much? Also earlier I see a few wet spots on leaves (not lots) but I hear this is caused by high humidity? But when I looked on my meter the humidity was around 38%? Maybe I'm worrying too much but I really don't want to A: Get spidermite/pests B: Get bud rot or C just totally fuck everything up, Time, money, and paranoia as I have to be stealthy
