What is your growing medium? Doesn't look like nute burn, if anything it looks like a deficiency. Maybe a nitrogen or potassium deficiency, need more opinions though.

Are you checking your PH when you feed them. Needs to be between 6.0-7.0.
Not Nitrogen or Potassium, both are mobile, and would appear on the lowest (oldest) growth first.
This is showing up on the top leaves, so it's going to be an immobile element, or something else like nute burn, light burn etc..

If Hydro, Reservoir size?
If Hydro, Reservoir Temperature?
If Hydro, what type of Medium?

Size (Wattage) of Light? How Many?
Is it Air Cooled?
Temperature of Room/Cabinet?
RH of Room/Cabinet?
PH of Medium or Reservoir?
