My plant wont finish

the plant going on the 10week and no cloudy tric yet (seed unknown) the hairs are mostly all brown, it looks like it a Indica strain.. do you think it will hurt to take down now?

foxfarm ocean
temps 78-84 nite 65
humidity 36
good ventilation
allready final flushed 2 week ago and been giving ph water.. it's got me puzzled..

u need to resize it go to grow journal and there is a sticky on how to resize pics. sorry im on my cell phone so I don't know how to insert the link
