My retarded sprout

Alright I got two new sprouts going. I got those spiral bulbs on them (one on each) about 2 inches away. they have all the right conditions as far as humidity and ventelation goes. One is looking real good and has grown several new leaves latley. But the other has apparently stopped growing and the two leaves that did grow, are starting to curl up from the sides and it's tilting it's top in an odd way. Is this just a bad seed or can it be fixed?

Try moving the bulbs a little closer ...With those bulbs ...you can practically touch the starts with no ill effect , as they don't get very hot ....See if that will manage to straighten it out a little ......It could be caused from stretching to the light ....When they stretch.....They tend to pinch themselves shut at the base of the shoot , and lose the ability to feed from the root ....Let us know what happens .....
