Need help please

i have 7 new plants about 5 days old,
i have them planted in styrophome cups,
for lighting i have 2 regular light bulbs right next to each other running 18/6.
theres no possible way to get any other kind of lighting for me.
will they still grow to the end with regular lamp lights?
theyre bout 3 inches each right now,
another thing is, i dont water from the top,
i poked holes in the bottom of the styrophome cups and put in bowls,
and i just water the bowl and let the plant absorb it from the bottom,
but i dont wanna over or under water it so i need to know how much to put into the bowl.
and i wanna know how long it takes the average plant to start growing buds
also after its done whats the best way to dry it?


please keep on mind that all i have is house hold stuff and cant buy anything

Your wasting your time. They will not produce anything to smoke unless leaves are what your after. it will grow tall and spindly and will be falling over. Incandescents do not grow pot. Compact floros will though. if you have any of those around the house swap them out for the regular light bulbs.
