Need some info

My plants have been under my 400 watt hps light for two weeks and they seem to have good days and bad days

Anyone have any opinions on how these are looking as its my first time growing

I'm still learning, but the droopy leaves looks like stage one of overwatering. Can a more experienced grower confirm or deny?

Over watered

They look overwatered - let them dry out (continue to mist them).
