New leaves are yellow in the center. Causes / cures?

My plants are at Day 44 of veg, and look to be in good shape. We transplanted them to the 2-1/2 gallon buckets last week from the 1 gallon pots they started in, and they all had lots of good looking roots.

I've been noticing that the new growth leaves at the top of the plants are sometimes looking yellow in the center. They seem to go yellow - green - yellow every few days.

Our 400 watt MH lights are no closer than 18 inches to any plant, room humidity is normally in the 30-60% range, temps are usually in the 70-85 range (hits 90 once in a while if my assistant isn't paying attention).

We are using Fox Farms dirt and nutes at 100% strength, PH'd RO water on water only days.

Here's some photos that are also in my Gallery (in case these links quit working again). Any idea why the yellow comes out? And it's only the new growth leaves that have it, all others are green all the time.
