newbie any help for sick plants pls

hi there i was wondering if anyone has anyideas on how to fix my sick plants..plants turning yellow and diying..i have ben detoxing for three watterings now i am gonna give growth instead of agg growth..i was told with alot of bright lights i dont need as much nutrients..

any help plz..
