NPK Nutrient Question: Help Please!

hey i have a question about bloom nutes. i was checking out Dutch Nutrient Formula Grow and Bloom.
Both are a 2-part nutrient and the grow looks great because it has a NPK of 2 - 1 - 5 when A and B are combined.
But the Bloom when combined has a NPK of 4 - 0.5 - 5
I use it on a few grows but I know that N has to be low for bloom and P has to be high. And this Dutch Nutrient Formula Bloom has higher N than it does in the Grow bottle and very low P.
i also noticed my bud structure has been fluffy / airy is most of my strains. none are hermies or none were ever preggo. my environment is superb and my lighting is 3 - 1k watt mh veg and hps flower lights. would the dutch nutrient formula bloom be causing this? help help please!

Can anyone help me with this like are these Grow and Bloom nutes any good? or should I invest my nutrient money elsewhere? and if so what should i be using especially for rdwc.

thanks in advance.
