BELLVILLE, Ohio – A hemp necklace workshop for adults will take place at the Bellville branch of the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 18.
Participants will learn techniques for working with hemp cord and beads and create a hemp necklace to take home. All materials will be provided.
