Outdoor always 12/12

Hi,

Will veg indoor and flower outdoor work? In my country it is always 12/12, what would be the best solution for industrial grow and with a climate like this. I am aiming for a low investment cost. I am aiming for a big yield plants, 2 meters above! Please help! Thankyou

So your near equator.. no need to veg indoor, although will get you flowering quicker but with a massive loss of yeild.
