Outdoor plant size / yeilds question

Hi,

Basic question: I live in Northern California and people are reporting 1.5-3lbs per plant outdoor here. Assuming a sativa/indica hybrid like the Fruity Thai I'm trying for my first grow (which claims 700g/plant outdoors) approximately how large are plants that yeild 1.5 lbs?

:bong:

The last decent outdoor plant I had grew 12 foot tall and was about 4 foot wide. It yielded about 2 lbs and it should have yielded more and gotten bigger but got stressed due to high heat in mid summer (110 to 120 degree days) The hole I dug to grow it in was 5 foot across and 3 foot deep. Took me 7 big bags of Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and I used 50% native soil with it.

Do you think 1.5 lbs is reasonable for a 6'tall x 3' wide outdoor plant with unobstructed direct sunlight most of the day?

fox farm soil, well fed and watered, no bugs, etc
