Par of led lights?

Does anyone know how much PAR is optimal for Maryjane plant growth? I know that the closest a light can get to 2000 micro-moles is really close to what the sun puts out for optimal light saturation.

How many micro-moles does the Advance Diamond series put out at 12", 18", and 24" away from the plant, and PAR equivalent?

optimal PAR for cannabis plants is 700 - 800 micromole however you can increase this by supplementing with Co2 as this figure would be for normal concentration of Air. Also another better way of increasing Photosynthesis is to find a light that also has enhanced spectrum for the Emerson 2nd effect. If you need any more info, please feel free to contact me.
