Pest Identification - Tiny Red Caterpillars

I've found a few of these tiny Bright Red or Orange larvae. Anyone know what they are?

Those are bud worms. They weave webs on leaves/buds, smothering and killing the area. Try to remove the worms and as much of the web as you possibly can. Their larvae has already been lain and you have to act fast to prevent devastation of your crop. I use 5% Sevin Dust, it washes right off and won't hurt buds. When rinsing buds, put a fan on that shit immediately afterward to prevent mold.

It is in fact a borer (Contarinia virginianae) , of the silkworm family. She will have more than one. One hundred of these little bastards can eat/destroy a pound of cannabis per day.
