Pineapple Express outdoor - Is my plant healthy?

Hi have a 1 month old pineapple express clone it seem to me that it's doing very well but i would like a professional opinion if possible, i've been giving the plant a half gallon of water every two weeks, and i feed it every other watering & its seem's to be thriving from that.

I live in Oregon so the weather in the summer is pretty hot, anywhere from about 88 to 95 degrees every day, any replys are great thank you for your time .

It appears to me the yellowish leaves could be attributed to nitrogen and/or magnesium deficiency. I suggest a book that can be a handy reference: Ed Rosenthal's marijuana Growers Handbook. Best of luck.
