I would like to know can you remove them big leaf because they are blocking the buds from the lights?

Leave them on. They actually feed the buds and will make them grow. Check out this video

I always take off big light blocking fan leafs. Have never had a prob. Its kinda coke -vs- pepsi thing

I've taken several off that were blocking new shoots from getting light.

As long as your plant is mature and healthy you can trim or cut a few things here and there. But you can always just push the leaf to the side or something. I do both , just depending on my mood that day haha.
