Plant leaves are dropping down need help

Hi everyone new to a forum need a help

My plants leaves are falling(droopin) down, no matter soil is dry or wet.

Lights 240w lm301h quantum board
Height 60sm
Feeding flora trio big bud

Soil is mixed with burned cow shit dont know the name of it in english

About 10 days nothing known to me helps her to lift those up

I'd just flush her see what happens I had a plant in veg not long ago like that don't know what happened but somehow got lockout flushed her and the next couple days she was perking up again
