Plant problems.help?

I have 4 ladies in my closet, the set up is 400 hps bulb,110 cfm exhaust fan blowing through light to cool down,and a regular fan for intake. I am about 3 weeks in to flowering, ok my problem is on 2 of my girls the stems is green but under the fan leaves the veins are purple ? on 1 plant it on the top of the plant and the other starts in the middle to the top. ANY ONE KNOWS WHY ? using FF soil and nutes?

i had once recieved a good rooted clone that had growen to just under a foot when it was given off to me. When i got the plant the whole main stem was purple. The guy from the hydro store said it could be a couple of diffrent resons heat stress, to strong of a light for a clone, bad ph of the soil or nutes,or a nute def.
he told me to try and see if it was a nute def. First. Said to try cal-max with every feeding and the stem went to green for me in just under 2 weeks
