I planted my seed a couple days ago after they were germinated and had begun to sprout. It had been raining all day and i was wondering if rain affects the seed? Is the plant over?

it really depends on the severity of the rain. lots of people start seedlings inside so they don't deal with rains or storms. Or you can go my route and build a DIY rain protector check it out in my journal
