Plants got really thirsty

my plants wilted really bad cause i was unable to water them for 4 days there ok now thank god but alot off the bottem leaves went yellow and she dont look to happy at the bottem near the trellis net if you look at some of my pics on my journal youll know what i mean anyways what can i do to help her recover?

Don't worry..I do it all the time and On purpose too. I actually push them so hard sometimes I've actually lost a few good ones.
