Please help! 2 of my 8 clones with orange/brown pistils aren't growing!

So I have two plants that sprouted dried out orange/brown pistils.
They are only in 2 weeks of VEG. They are the only two that stopped growing.
WTF happend? they are on a 18/6 schedule.
Please respond, I don't no if I should wait, or replace them. Its been like 5 days and not a single bit of progress. The two, do show signs of slight heat stress, but no discoloring.
