Please help! Is this normal?

Hey there. Something a little odd has been going on with one of my plants. Her leaves are quite a bit different color-wise compared to my other two plants. Growing under a 300W LED on an 18/6 cycle. Temps ranging from 69 to 78 depending on time of day. Humidity has been hard to control with this POS humidifier I had so its dropped into the high 40s for the last few days. Anyway, any help is appreciated! I've done a web search etc, and it seems like a nutrient deficiency to me, but this is my first grow so Idk. I was planning to start veg nutrients on Wednesday this week as she will be 3 weeks old.

looks a bit variegated,, mixed colours,, whitish and green,, it happens,, whole threads on them,, otherwise normal ish for the most part
