So, this clone of Northern Lights from the community center, blossomed with powdery mildew.
So, neem oil has been reported as totally ineffective.
Then there is potassium bicarbonate. That takes a while from Ebay.
There is garlic spray. It is at the grocery store, still.
Now, h2o2 is supposed to work (well, it is on the list of things to try)

Here it is with 2 treatments 12 hrs ago.
it is the same leaf, but closer pics.

It looks like a lot of mildew is gone, but there still exist a serious problem

The recipe was:
250 ml h2o2
750 ml PHed water
4 drops dish soap as surfactant
used as a foliar spray

a leaf ectomy was performed on the worst.
straight h2o2 was applied to the remaining spots
we will see what happens :peace:

BTW!
The name given to a sativa plant was Snap Berry.!?
Any ideas of a strain that this name might have been confused with?

re: Powdery Mildew & H2o2

out of 5 girls, 2 are new, 1 sativa & 1 northern light.
the NL has issues.. is this strain just susceptible to PM?
my suspicion is-- the issues came with her
RH here is 30%. There are other issues, but not fungal in nature.
the 3rd pix shows remaining/regrowing whiteness which the h2o2 did not remove/prevent/cure.
I am not familiar with blights disease.

Thanks:peace:

re: Powdery Mildew & H2o2

Blight refers to a specific symptom affecting plants in response to infection by a pathogenic organism. It is simply a rapid and complete chlorosis, browning, then death of plant tissues such as leaves, branches, twigs, or floral organs.[1] Accordingly, many diseases that primarily exhibit this symptom are called blights.

I did not explain this post properly.
I had mold and treated it.
I used 1/4 h2o2 & 3/4 water.
the leaf spots is damage the mildew had done.
The point which I should have made was the recipe was not fully successful and the powdery mildew can be seen.
treatments are h2o2, garlic, & potassium bicarbonate-- amongst others.
I resorted to straight h2o2 then garlic juice.
as an update, there is no visible mildew.
BTW I am still dealing with nutrient issues.

Ahhh see your in pacific nw, home of the powdery mildew, that stuff is everywhere here, seen some real bad cases, those black spots to me look like your spray was too strong, pure h2o2 will cook em, that stuff goes everwhere too, all your plants are going get it if they dont already, hack all down dont clone em, empty room clean everything and bomb everywhere, start new, that stuff sucks i feel ya brother..

Yeah, It is everywhere. gonna keep it dry. Some people say not to buy clones as other people's issues can become yours.:peace:
