Powdery mildew or false alarm?

Hey I'm new to the forum so hello everyone.!
I'm a little worried as I've spotted this in the grow room, I'm unsure as to what it is, I know the photo isn't brilliant as its took under LED light and I will replace with a new image if further identification is required.

I'm worried that it may be early signs of Powdery Mildew but I'm unsure as its not a problem I have encountered before either that or the dry residue of washing up liquid water spray that I used to clean the base of a Wilma feeding system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the picture of the problem below, apologies if I have attached the image incorrectly.

They look like dried up water drops to me.

Thank you for the reply and warm welcome,
I think you are right as nothing as spread over the past few days so I'm definitely putting it down to dried water dropplets just as you stated. Was just a scare as things are nearing the end and I really don't want things to turn sour so close to the finish line.

No problem! I'm happy to help where I can.

You can be sure if its water, dip your finger in a little clean water, wipe on the leaf, and gently wipe off with a towel.

The coloration you see is likely caused by hard water deposits that are left on the surface as the water dries.

Just for future reference and what not, you can wash your buds after a PM incident. Even Jorge says it's ok.
