The so-called Prince of Pot may soon call a jail cell in the U.S. his home, if Washington State authorities have their way.
Marc Emery's bail deadline is coming up on Monday and he has to turn himself in.
He says rather than serving his five year sentence south of the border, he's hoping Federal Justice Minister Rob Nicholson will delay his extradiction.
Emery was convicted of selling marijuana seeds over the internet and sentenced to five years in prison.
