Pruning before flowering

Can anyone help me with this topic? I need some help to maximize my yield!! How should I top my plants during veg if I want to bloom 20 plants in a hydro system?

Well, I have a 4'x8' & 4'x4' tray in my flower room with 40" from the tray to the bottom of my lights, I am doing a perpetual garden, flowering 20 plants every 21 days, I need to know what is the best option for producing the most yield.

I fill half of the 4'x8' tray with 20 plants, every three weeks I move them over and add 20 more until they move into the 4'x4' tray to finish and flush. I'm thinking that either single cola plants or multiple colas per plant would be best???? As all of the growth under the canopy level dies anyway fro no light

Definitely top them once. Good and early. With that many plants i dont think i would top them any more than once.
